Hi, I am Anda.

This work grew out of the scars of my own biology.

By my late teens, I’d lived through being drugged & assaulted, held up at gunpoint, and a gang attack that nearly cost my life. I’m intimately familiar with PTSD and generational trauma because I’m wired by it. I grew up in a veteran's family marked by war trauma and narcissistic dynamics and inherited a nervous system primed for hypervigilance.
I struggled for decades with insomnia, depression, anxiety, flashbacks, body image, digestive & autoimmune issues, self-worth & a cruel inner critic.
Today I am a solo mom of two who’s walked the self-healing path for over three decades... I built this space because I’ve been in the trenches & I know the way out.
